Working out in the morning?

I was thinking of working out in the morning before school, I'd only have like 10-20 mins, so I'd probs do one exercise, and do like 2-3 sets. But for breakfast i cant get a good serve of protein ill have to like another 11 hours until i have a good serve of protein for dinner, is that too late?

10-20 minutes is barely time to even warmup. If your lacking the option of protein i would get protein powder. Also the window of recovery when the body uses protein to it's fullest is about 30 minutes - 1 hour.

yeah if you only have 20 minutes or so, it isn't worth it.
