Question of Training routine

Post by eddy192837 » 13 Jan 2011, 00:09

im still going to follow my physical routine that i have planned (pushups, dips, weights, crunches, etc.) but i was wondering like in training routines should i practice on what i think i need to practice on individually and do it like lets say i need to practixe on shooting, i practice for 1 week or i devote myeslf to shooting that week.. or just follow my training routine such as my four month routine

It's up to you and what method gets you the most results.

I usually devoted a small portion of practice to everyskill, and mainly focused on a certain skill for that day or week. Practicing every skill (even if only a little everyday) will help keep you sharp.

yeah man i just asked this question and pretty much do this. say in your routine you spend 30 min on dribbling, 30 min on passing and 30 min on shooting. If u really want to improve on your shooting try doing an hour of shooting, 15 min of dribbling and 15 min of passing. so just add more time to the thing u want to improve on the most and just do smaller portions on the other stuff so u dont get rusty
