Idk about quickness of feet. But when you want speed on the ball, especially passes, I generally imagine my foot as a lead weight and hitting through the ball as if I want weight transferred into the ball instead of hitting it swiftly.

practicing it of course..

Get a friend, tell him to stand 30 meters away, and practice, back and forth back and forth.. You'll have it down in no time.

Try kicking the ball harder.

for long passes that need to have pace, practice driven passes using your laces. Keep your passing foot parrallel to the ground and try to hit the ball directly in the middle. (similar technique to a chip, but since you're hitting the middle of the ball it shouldn't raise.) make sure you follow through, and keep in mind that the way you're hitting the ball may cause it to swerve. If thats the case just adjust your aiming.
Paul Scholes is a good player to watch for this kind of passing.

lol nvm just listen to scottyboy
