Drill numero 1 You go for a 45 min run with a size 3 ball, yo take the ball, and then you do pace changes, you dribble through holes, cars, lines, bikers etc faking them with moves and exploding away, changing your pce and direction,

Drill numero 2 There are trees in a line, in a park, across the street from my house. They are like 7 yards away from each other, dribling through them do you think i would help at all? considering the separationspace between trees? ..

To be honest your first drill seems a tad ridiculous, you don't want to be playing with traffic and bikies/cyclists on the road while causing accidents due to your supreme fakes and stuff. :P

Your second drill looks alright though, using the trees sort of like cones how you cut inside and outside past them with your left, then with your right. You could incorporate stepovers etc when darting through the trees.
