Learning another language

Post by englishplayer » 15 Dec 2006, 02:06

I'm going on a trip to a Spanish speaking country in a month so I need help learning Spanish. What is the best way to learn in are there any good programs or anything I can do? By the way right now I only speak English and only know some very basic Spanish words.

Hehe mate... if there was a way to do that why would we need translators! It is just lots of practice, immerse yourself in the language when you are there is the best advice I can give you. Try checking out some words with any Hispanic people living there, and maybe buy a book. Good luck!

Just try to learn the basics first. Learn what you use most in english with other english-speaking people.
