Im struggling to find a correct sleeping routine and Im worried its beginning to effect my performance. What should I do? How many hours should I be sleeping a night? Much Appreciated, Rob

Usually all you really need is 8 hours of sleep a night. You could sleep more, but all you need is 8 hours. And as far as when your schedule, just pick when you want to get up and plan to go to sleep 8 hours or so before it.

yea u do need 8 hours but if u go to sleep at 2 am and u have a game at 1 ull still be tired so u have to go to bed early the night before like at 1030
