Another extremely good post. Magicfeet says - "5 Stars!"

Keep it up, Jdefoe. You've made some terrific guides, and posted links to some very interesting stuff. This is the kind of thing we like to see!

really nice posts. the visualization one is really good i think. i've been trying to learn a lot more about visualization, and it was really interesting.

im sorry jdefoe and others, this is only minor and my personal opinion. although jdefoes post is useful, he is merely posting links to topics already on the forums... im not sure why people are giving that posts 'rave reviews' persay. but im sure im just bonepicking though, it is a good post as it collects like info together in a neat way.

yeah, i was saying the links he posted were really good. i don't know about everyone else, but i haven't read some of these topics before, so they were a first for me.

Hmm, good point. I probably shouldn't have given that a 5, as it is only linking to (admittedly good) threads that already exist. I'm just in a happy mood at the moment, and felt like being generous. I get carried away like that sometimes.

Wow, I just noticed this. There's a section on visualization here already. I made my guide but I hope I expended a bit more onto it. But this is pretty interesting. It seems some others have already used this before. But almost all pro athletes use this technique, so I hope I elaborated even more on these ideas. And thanks for those links JDefoe.

Wow, a lot of the stuff I wrote about was here, pretty interesting. I just hope I did go into some more detail, to help people actually use it.
