I have da flair and adrenaline boost when I listen to musik especially LA raggae, it sure helps in matches. I listen to Latino Raggae cuz it has dat Brazilian Samba style with rap together...

i find that songs that have links with football and inspirational songs e.g. Eminems Lose Yourself Intro, pump most people up before the game, just before everyone goes out.
when getting changed before going out and warming up, play music that relaxes everybody, this depends on the dressing rooms taste in music however, this varies.

before games i always have to listen to fast to slow beat salsa and samba music...it gets me into the style and pace of the game and makes me just wanna easily dribble around everyone..... :wink: haha

To be at the top you have to have a competitive streak in u. If ur not performing youve got to be angry with urself....
