You upload a pic of yourself onto the Virtual Pro creator and make your face, and trust me, the results posted on the fifa forums are amazing. Then you can actually even play online clubs and see your teammates and opponents' real faces. Pretty crazy stuff.

I'm psyched for Fifa 10. I've played so many games of Fifa 09 online and I am so tired of it. I made it as far as rank 1100 on PS3 and 6000 on XBOX 360. And now, Madrid won't suck, and I get to play in the Bernabeu which has made its return.
yeah only problem is fifa 10 is so broken right now and full of bugs it's like they tested nothing.
Developing a game isn't easy. Of course there will be bugs.

To be quite frank, that's rubbish.

QA exists for a very good reason.

I'm hoping they fix it by the 20th when it comes out over here.
On a different note everyone's pretty good with women when it comes to hookers... well except the sham-wow guy.

I know. I'm just saying from personal experience. I took a computer class and we had to make a video game using a very basic software. It wasn't easy and took a lot of time. It makes me appreciate game development. No game can be perfect. One tiny mistake or extra character in the coding can screw up everything. Look at the Sims 3, horribly buggy, unplayable for me.

I've heard players even leave the club at the end of the season even if the contract isn't up.

Hey, I work in the industry myself. I know how difficult these things are. QA is an excruciating process, but videogames are part of a multi-billion dollar industry. It's not the same as a bedroom coder releasing a buggy game. Releasing a game with numerous problems simply isn't good enough.

I agree that there will always be minor issues, but the problems with FIFA 10 are reportedly quite horrific. I imagine it's EA forcing the game into release before it was truly finished - Now patches can be made easily and quickly available to the masses, the big publishers are happier than ever to release a game that isn't ready.

A shame, for sure.

I hope they get everything worked out. It's going to be released in the usa on the 20th. I've been playing the demo and its a lot of fun.

I guess I can just play FM 10 if Fifa's manager mode isn't working. FM 10 comes out 10 days later.

Fifa 10 is gonna own every Fifa game so far. Anybody got the demo? They made passing and jockeying way more realistic.

The demo is amazing, but I hear that the final product is much worse. Hopefully by the 20th they fix it

The demo is awesome. The game play is very fluid and crisp. The goalkeeper's seem to be a lot better.

Where'd you get the demo?

You know what sucks? Hearing about how everybody arguing whether the PS3 graphics or the XBOX 360 graphics are better. I'm still stuck with a Playstation 2!

It's only $300 for the slim PS3, but I don't have that kind of money, and even if I did, I wouldn't be willing to put it towards video games, rather I'd buy new gear (cleats, balls).

But, there's always improvements with the game, even on the PS2. This year's Be a Pro mode is actually going to take a player and guide him through the ranks, unlike last year where you stay on the same team and play with your friends. Boring.

It's only $40 for the game, but I can find places where they'll sell it for $20 so I think I'll just dish out a twenty for it. It's an update for another year. Maybe next year I could be playing FIFA 11 on a Playstation 3! :D

Then, soon afterward, they'll probably make a newer console.

Idk man, that's what I thought when I was stuck with the PS2. I bought an Xbox 360 and it's amazing with fifa. The gameplay is so much better etc. If you get a chance, you should buy a next gen console. But much respect towards you for putting your money into something that matters like cleats, that's a better idea.
