The Vitamin String Quartet is pretty damn good IMO...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8-0i-R0gt0 Clocks cover
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3po_jKau ... re=related Iris Cover
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5c3bWaM ... re=related Wonderwall cover
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZ2GRWWZe5g&feature=fvw Smells Like Teen Spirt cover
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=84WLtcbg ... re=related Mr. Brightside cover
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQpe0Iw6XiM Yellow cover
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyycR_Ou1JA(probably the best one :P )

But they're really good and cover so many songs, I haven't found a song of theirs I don't like yet and I dislike a lot of the original versions. I found them when looking for Pixies songs (they did a tribute to the pixies which is worth checking out) and later found out they did the song for LXD performance on SYTYCD which is also worth watching. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STufVanZ ... re=related

anyway check out VSQ everytime I think I've found all their songs I stumble across a whole different batch. They're great.

Listening to Jens Lekman makes me love life. He's the best silly indie pop artist ever.
His live performances include an instrument similar to the Ukilele.
On his website he says: I don't mind if you download my music off of file sharing websites.
He is entirely my favourite musician at the moment.

This may seem random but how do you pronounce Basshunter properly?

Like base-hunter or bass-hunter?

Anyone listen to Maximo Park? Finally decided to try them out after being recommended by last.fm, and I must say, I'm impressed.

At 35 000 or so tracks and 803 different artists, I wonder which I will reach first... 50 000 tracks played, or 1000 different artists sampled? :P

you never can tell
surf rider

It is. I have it for my car, and the opening track includes the ending dialog to the opening scene, where the female accomplice threatens to "kill every last fu**ing one of you!".
