don't laugh! but since im tall and skinny this girl like checked me and i literally went flying in the opposite direction in the air and all... :lol:

yo dont worry, I was a tall skinny dude trying american football and flying in the air when checked was the most fun part, ofcourse the landing sucks but nothing is perfect lol

This is a great workout guide. Thank you for the work put into it.

Can I use this in conjunction with practicing field soccer every other day? Like doing ball work, agility train, sprint train, shooting practice, etc or would be it be too taxing on the body?
