Those things may have helped, but it was probably mostly genes. Not everyone can grow 2 inches in 2 months even if they drink milk, exercise, and sleep a lot. Rather than worrying about growing, focus on things to make up for your lack of height. (e.g. Working on other physcial aspects such as speed and agility as well as jumping height.)thrillboy wrote:I just grew 2 inches over 2 months.
