I recently sprained my ankle... im out for 3 months... my parents are considering not letting me play soccer anymore... but i refused to stop,... i need help in 1) trying to convince them and 2) getting back from the ingury.... PLEASE HELP!

well, 1st tell them you're going to join the army if they don't let you continue, tell them your body needs to be physically active (worked in my case, i wanted to persuade parents to let me go to study abroad ) and 2nd rest until you can't feel pain while you walk, than walk, walk, everyday faster, until you can run slowly, that helped me when i hurt my back
