I'm sorry, are you using a translator? I cannot understand what you said. Please try rewording it, or post it in whatever language you speak in case someone can read it here.

Check that thread out. Pretty much what you need to do is known as RICE.
Rest: Just rest your ankle and don't do anything hard on it
Ice: Just put ice on your ankle to keep any swelling down and soothe the muscles
Compression: Keep your ankle tightly wrapped, so it doesn't swell up too much
Elevation: Keep your ankle high off of the ground so the blood doesn't swell up in your ankle
So if you have any trouble understanding that just tell me what you need help with. Peace.

It really depends on how bad of an injury it is. The RICE thing I told you about is the best way to deal with sprains like the one you have.
Is your injury bad enough that you can't walk on it? Or is it possible to kick a ball still?
If you answer those questions I might be able to tell you about how long it will take to recover.

No problem mate... but actually now that I think of it I'm going to have to lock the thread because it is a post that has already been covered. Sorry, I hope your foot gets better! Peace.
