Ok , i eat ALOT of pasta with a mascarpone sauce ... can somebody tell me if this is good for me and healthy to eat reguarly , i heard it's a good source of carbohydrate but im not sure if i should be eating it as much as i do

Pasta is an excellent source of carbs. Its alright if you're already lean.

Its good fuel before a game just make sure you dont add too many fatty toppings such as alfredo sauce.

they are all right
but u gotta eat the pasta around 4 hours before the game for the energy of the carbs from the pasta to be useable

Pasta is the best food for game days in my opinion. But if you are weight training or your muscles become sore the next day, you want to have some protein to rebuild. So carbs are for energy, protein is for reconstruction.
