My best was 4:50, I'm not as fast as before after my recovered from injuries. I think I'm at 6-7 right now.

We did 1500m in PE and I did it in 6:24 so another 100m would take me to about 6:38.

Umm... I think that he meant 6-7 min. Because he siad he isn't as fast as he was before his injury. I could be wrong, though.

Good luck, XstaticX! That will be pretty hard, but I don't have a doubt in my mind that you could do it.

I ran a 6:30 like 4 years ago and haven't ran mile competively since. I think if I really tried I could get a 5:20 or so.
im not sure , the world record is 4 minutes i believe
Nope mile record is 3:43.

My cousin ran a 3:50 or so mile at his Olympic Trials, so I guess running is in my family. I personally prefer middle distance though.

I remember doing 5 minute-something in from 2-4 years ago. Haven't timed any running for a couple years. I could probably do it in 5:30ish, I'm not in that great shape right now but it seems reasonable.

I haven't tried timing myself on just one mile, but for soccer we have to be able to run 2 miles in 12 minutes, and I can do that so, I guess about 6 minutes a mile
