Last time I was timed, about a few months ago before we went away to (And won) cup knockouts, I ran a 4:40-ish. But I'm lanky as hell, and also a winger mid, who is basically required this speed. :P

I'm 12 and I havent timed myself on one mile, but I usually run 2.4 kilometers and my best time is 11:55, so thats about a little less than 6 mins per mile.

Umm... 2.4 km is like 1.5 miles, so thats more like 8 minutes per mile.

2 miles is 3.2 km

It's not bad, but it's not great. I was running that at around ages 11 and 12. Whats more important though is how long you can carry out that pace. For example, if you can run a 5 minute mile, but your 2 mile and 3 mile times are averaging 8 or 9 minute miles, then that's bad. However, if you can only run a 7 minute mile, but can keep up that pace for 3 or 4 miles, then you're doing pretty good.

I did a 4 mile run today and I did it in 30 minutes! Im pretty pleased with myself getting this time, because recently ive been very porley and I pulled my hamstring 2 weeks ago.

The run was mainley flat with some downhill stages during the run.
Im 13 and weigh 7 stone. (Yeah I know im tiny lol)
