1 mile would be 1,6km, right?

If so, my time would be somewhere around 5.00-5.30 minutes. But its a long time since i took that time.

My best ever was 5:43, but it was about 6 months ago.

Currently I'm at about 6:05-5:55.

My goal is 5:30 by mid-september.

i just like talking about me so...
I'm low iron anemic which basically means not enough oxgen gets to my Body. My doc said until i get my iron up i'll be operating at 50%, socially, acedemically, and physically. That pretty much means that now matter how hard i train, i'm f***'d my endurace will never be great (until i get my iron back up that is). I ran my fastest mile at 6:26. Back when i was still around 50%, i think know i'm at like 62% idk just a random number but it sounds good.

You'll all probably see this in another thread somewhere. :D We can call it waldo and you guys can try to find it.
