that sounds unhealthy. i'm not a fitness expert, i'm far from it, but i think you're only supposed to do like 500 maximum. i don't know though.

that sounds hard to do. my back would really hurt after. I still dont know if you mean 10,000 at a time, because thats a crazy number when you really think about it.

The rules of soccer are very simple, basically it is this: if it moves, kick it. If it doesn’t move, kick it until it does.

I probably there peeps that can do 10,000 sit-ups, but i bet you theyre back is hurting like hell when theyre done.

no way, i know a guy who did 1000 and then later hurt himself.
doing too many sit ups can tear your abdominal muscles and it hurts an awful lot so dont do anything stupid.

You are just using an incorrect technique. Sit-ups are only meant go to 100 by army standards. Try not moving your arms, put your knees up and dont thrust with your chest then see how many u can do.
