Ok so this is my problem. After I eat breakfast ( scramble eggs, cereal and wheat bread) like 10 min after I eat food I get gas. When Im in school I have to hold it for almost the whole day!!! is embarrasing. So why everytime after I eat I get gas.

Yeah, certain foods like that can do that to you. I remember when I used to eat a bowl of raisin bran, the whole day I'd have gas. You just need to find the food that does that to you and do not eat it as much.
thats why i used to eat 6 egg whites in the morning and BOOM after 3-4weeks gas kicked in like crazy, eat green foods like vegetables and fruits and your set. eat variaty of foods
