just curious if anyone else use's the bikes in the gym as an important part of their cardio workouts? I know its a good workout, but will it translate nicely into game fitness or no?

it depend how you train with it, but biking was the thing that made my quads get big the most. i had meniscus injuries in the past and the only way to keep playing was to get my lower body huge, or maybe not so much huge but very strong, and biking really really cured my knee and i think cures all knee, it gives you a lot of lower body strength, if you look at my body in a mirror, my lower body is pretty big and mi upper body is mostly how it came to the world, and thats 96% from biking, which i found to be more beneficial than any other exercis for strength and power.
