hey guys, i know what wind sprints are and i've searched through the forum but im just curious as to how long the run should be with wind sprints.
I do wind sprints of 30 seconds in 2 miles but the run seems short.

wind sprints aren't done over 2 miles and they sure aren't done in blocks like that.

Most coaches run wind sprints over 100 yards starting with 10 yards then back 20 back etc.

nick do these windsprints sound ok, i sprint about 50 yards or so, then jog back, and continue that cycle 10 times, but each day im adding 1 more rep, so in 20 days i will be doing 30 of them

When my coaches had me do them they were straight sprints 10 yards sprint back 20 sprint back repeated up to 50 yards with about 30-45 seconds rest.

Their idea of wind sprints is something like fartlek running.
