im starting this navy seals routine this week but only the pushup, situps, and pullups part.. looks really good and i think it would be great to get the strength to push someone off you when they try tackling you.... what do you guys think?

I'm going to start triathlon training. It involves 100k cycling a week, 4 miles of swimming and 40k of running as well as 100 push ups and sit ups aswell.

I'm only going to be doing the push ups I think but its still triathlon training?

Sarcasm aside if that is all you are doing you simply wont be able to do it as doing those exercises alone will not improve your strength enough to move up to the next stages.

People who say something cannot be done are often surprised by others doing it.

That would be in the morning and my dumbbell routine would be at night. Sounds good now?
