Fat Burning Foods

As I'm still trying to burn some fat, I'm interested in this -

There are dozens of foods that are claimed my experts to assist in burning fat. Some of these include egg (whites), low-fat dairy, lean meats and poultry, green tea, and especially oatmeal apparently. Do you believe in any of this? Also, I can't seem to find exactly how they assist in fat burning. Any insight?

I would imagine the foods would just be metabolism increasing foods and easy to digest with low fat types. That's all i can guess without doing any research.

easy process to tell.
1 do they have a signature linking to a product if yes then they are a spam bot.

Hello Guys i think that Fat burning foods are meals that you may include in your diet which help to speed up your metabolic rate. Apart from these meals, physical exercise with lots of aerobic, plenty of sleep, decreased stress levels and body cleansing are other aspects necessary for quicker losing weight.Thanks a lot!!

Eating protein before workout acelerates the fat burning process, food that are rich in fiber like oats also helps with fat burning

Eat spinach once or twice per week
Salad made with green leafy vegetables eat once a day or at least every other day
Fresh broccoli great in salad
Avocado great in salad not more than 1 per day
Eggs cooked without oil or butter-hard boiled are great in salads or for breakfast or as a snack limit 2 per day
Flax seed is good in salad & on broiled or charcoaled meats
Green tea drink daily

Hi Desire,
Yes food helps in burning fat so watch what you eat. Broccoli, whole grain bread, salmon fish, garlic and onion, berries, lean chicken, low fat dairy and brown rice are great food to burn fat. Besides having fat burning food, do cardio exercises daily to burn fat, boost metabolism and lose weight.
