Aight so this week I was doing the hip feint and stopover 50x a day around cones.. On Thursday my lower back started to hurt and now it's Saturday and it still hurts.. I think it was the hip feint that got my back like this because I had to get low and really pretend as if I was goin that way which used my back muscle.. Anyone else ever got this by doing hip feints a lot? Or has anyone just had their lower back hurt a lot? Can someone tell me how to help my back recover from this pain (should I put ice, take ibuprofen, what)?

Ice, rest, massage.
ICE: 20mins on. 60mins off.
Massage twice a day with a cream. (not deep heat).
