Exercise during school?

This is kinda a wierd question but lemme take a shot.. I really love to practice and was wondering if there was any ways of practicing or developing muscles or technical skills while in school or in class? Like example: maybe doing seated calf raisess idkkkkk?

Just my opinion but I think trying to exercise during class is taking it over board. You should be focusing on your class/studies not trying to exercise.

If you manage your time right there should be plenty of time after school/homework is done to work out.

If you really feel the need to work out while in school sign up for a gym class and actually participate. If your school offers weight lifting then see if you can sign up for that.

Concentrate in class, so it's easier/ quicker to do the homework if the teacher gives ya. If its rubbish, sit at the back and do other homework so you don't waste anytime outside of school time when you could be exercising. Or you could focus on visualising you striking the perfect shot. There's a very good topic about that in the forum somewhere.
