About how long would it take to get a decent level of match fitness for a winger if you do regular anaerobic drills and HIIT training?

it could takes many weeks to prob 2 months to be in good match fitness. Depends how long you were out.

It really depends on what kind of shape you are in now / how long you've been out (as the above poster said).
