I play central defender and I'm 1.76 metres tall. I'm 13 (soon 14) years old. Maybe because of my body I'm not quick enough. Actually I have to do drills for the first 4-7 metres, because they're important in football. Are they enough to be really fast?
Also if I jump on a rope will this help?
