Correct. It would help localised muscular endurance in the legs and also stamina if your working at high enough tempo. I wouldn't subsistute bike machine for jogging all the time though.Ward9310 wrote:I'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) that bike machines would build up your muscular endurance, whereas if you want muscular strength, you would be better doing those leg weight machine things, with high weight and low reps.
