Weird Leg

Ok here's my problem i've been playing soccer for 4 years and my vastus lateralis and rectus femoris are pretty build but my vastus medialis aren't. Any help on how to train them at home ?

I don't know if this is good advice or not because I don't fully know the difference between the muscles but if you do calve raises with your feet at different positions it works different areas.

For example, if your point your feet inwards with big toes almost touching, like this / \ (<--They are feet btw) :D you can feel it working the outside of your legs and doing the opposite, heels touching, like \ / it will be felt in the inside of your calves.

No, it's not that you have to position your feet different. What you have to do is Standing and seated Calf raises. If your looking to improve your vastus medialis than you should do the seated. But make sure you do both.

calf raises won't build you vastus medialis, try some leg extensions, squats, plyos and sprinting
