So I am a member of a gym, and I also just got switched into weight training at school. I'm going to lift at school no matter what, but the weight room doesn't have a lot of equiptment. I don't want to waste my gym membership, so my question is, is it safe to lift twice a day? If so, should I do one muscle at school and one at the gym, same ones at the school and gym, or what?
Should I just lift at school and do cardio at the gym?
