Damit. I played a game today and the back pain came back. I haven't been doing the back strengthening excersizes, and it just boned me. I have a game tomorrow, any ideas for a way to dampen the pain for 90 minutes. Ill rest in the whole of next week with therapy.

Unless you have to play, I wouldn't.

____

Use some heat pads the night before.
Before the game apply a product like IcyHot.
In the pre-game warm-up stretch your hamstrings.

Lmao that was the biggest mistake ever playing. My back still bothers me a little bit even now xD. But after icing, and therapy I've been playing games it's getting stronger and I hope the injury won't come back again.

I never have back pain because I do yoga every day in the morning. If you are feeling pain in your back and want to do yoga then I am giving you some advise and name of yoga poses. Do not overemphasize the ab work. You should do child's pose, beck traction pose, pigeon, wall plank and fists forward bend.
