For in season training most of your training should be with your team. However, if you can still go 2-3hours a day that's great. Just don't overdue it. I lift and do push ups, pull ups etc. every other day and run or do plyometrics those I'm not. Most of my training though comes from practice. Keep up the great work.

I run with a ball for at least 30 minutes every day. I figure that it's just like playing a match every day, and many people do that. I lift on even numbered days, do plyometrics on Tuesday and Friday, and I do anaerobic training on odd days.

occasionally (i.e. about once a month) i go jogging, usually about 3 or 4 miles. i also go on my rowing machine about 3 times a week, usually doing 1km. about once every two weeks i go to the gym, the rest if the time i am either playing sports anyway, at school or taking a break! so i dont worry too much about my fitness.

before school started, i did as many push ups as i could, as many bicep curls as i could with 10lb. weights, and as many sit ups twice a day, no lower body, i dont really need it. but now that school has started, im too tired to do anything. all i do is study, talk to friends, eat and sleep.
