Whatever U do, do not watch Disney's videos involving football. They make me sick. Keepers diving the wrong way when the hero/heroine shoots/volleys the ball. What kind of goalkeeping is that??!!

Go out on the pitch with your friend and take a few balls. then when you make a save run bakck into the net as he shoots the next ball. improving your reflxses and agility!!
This is what I'm doing where ankle & wrist weights and then just have someone kick a few balls at you it should improve your jump and your reflxses and agility

I have absolutely no idea but focus on changing direction (i think.) A good exercise for this is placing cones a couple yards apart in a U. Stand in the middle and have a partner point at a cone. Sprint to the cone, touch the edge with your foot and go back to the middle doing stationary high knees. Continue this exercise till you've had a good workout.
