Sorry to hear about the injury. Hang in there and I hope your recovery goes well. And I'm not gonna say something like "Life sucks" because its always the healthy people who say it to the injured person. No one ever says that to themselves when they get hurt.

LOL owned
6 months is a good period to reflect and rest yourself for the long journey for what's ahead. And "Life sucks" to me is another way of saying "too bad" so I prefer not saying that. Plus ajc had his MCL (or ACL forgot which one) torn and he was out for 6 months. He's still playing in his super division with his super team :)

Hey man that sucks, you must feel terrible right now. I hope your recovery goes well and you get better soon. Keep in mind that the most important thing right now (apart from getting better) is to not waste your time.

The best thing you can do right now is begin (or continue) an upper body strength training program. Also, make sure you eat well and dont stuff yourself with "comfort food" as this will make it harder for you to regain fitness once you are no longer injured. Also keep watching and studying football games. Make the best of your situation, because you dont want to waste the next 6 months waiting to recover.

Hope you feel better, and keep us updated on the injury.
