What sort of pain? Might just be a cramp, or something. But yeah, I'd say you probably are burning fat, and if you keep at the sport, you will lose even more.
the pain is like this,when i put pressure on it (pushing my hand on my abdominal area) is when it hurts,or if im lying down on my side and i turn from one side to the other ,it hurts,i thought it was just cramp but if its losing fat,praise God
u can say so,i recently started playing for a club(november last year) so now i do alot of physical training,but i dont think its something caused by lack of oxygen,i am not the lazy kind of fat,i can do physical work for just as long as skinny people(well,i have to at training).but u could be right, i dont know nothing about this health thing

you know in runnig everybody think you only need legs
no alot of strenght and speed also come from the CORE muscle
abs and lower back
i feel it very hard in my abs after a good training session
