over in europe, they have the 3.2% milk, this is my favorite, because it actually tastes like milk should taste.
milk is great regardless. drink it.
you have to get your calcium and vitamins, and milk is a great way to do that.
I hate milk myself. I think it's really foul. I can't stand it. I have it in breakfast, milkshakes, and Nesquick, but apart from that, I drink none. I'm fit, healthy, and above around average height, so I don't think it really does that much to you. Maybe more energy or whatever, but I don't think it's necessary
