Post your 400m times if you have any.

My record so far is 47 seconds. I would say thats pretty good :wink:
5 out of 4 people have difficulty with fractions.

I say that's quite unbelievable since women's WR is 47,60.

I think I run it in 55 seconds maybe? Speed is not my strongest point.

this doesn't have anything to do with finishing & passing so i'm moving it to exercises. i guess that's the closest thing to it.

Anyway, I've never tried to time myself so as soon as I do, I'll post up my time. :)
