i found that practise is the best way, even just for like 5 or 10 minuets whenever uve got the time.
i felt i wasnt improving but after a while i noticed i could keep it for heaps longer, and all my friends are like "wow how do u do that"
after a while u can move your head alot quicker too, to keep the ball balanced which is cool.
