Mine is 24 and I think I was bit lucky because I'm just able to do 10 comfortably and it is very hard. I don't practice much juggling but for me my shooting is my main goal. I'm still practicing my height control in my free kciks with those heavy balls (Roteiro).
The rules of soccer are very simple, basically it is this: if it moves, kick it. If it doesn’t move, kick it until it does.

well i dont no about the sitting down juggling and how that helps ur game but ive seen lots of the my friends get the ball during a game and their stuck in a corner and all they do it juggle it once or twice to get it under control and then they kick it up and backwards to another player....also it helps your control through out the game

practice.... the only way to get better is to practice because it helps u learn how hard u can hit the ball with ur thigh or foot to keep it under control dont kick it very hard so it goes high up cause it will b very hard to trap it in the air and kick it back up
