My question is, when doing an atw is the speed or technique more important, when i do atw, i can get my leg/foot around the ball, yet i dont get under the ball enough causing it kick the ball forward when i make contact wit it. So is it a matter of practicing or maybe im doing it the wrong technique?? I do atw off footstall atm, i think it sud be called inside, (my big toe makes the last contact wit the ball).
I'm wondering when you guys do atw what part of your leg actually goes all around the ball (For example: your ankle, shin, or just the front half of your foot) and also is your ankle locked or do you rotate it also to help.
pop it up so it pauses under your thy with your leg bent, but kind of roll the ball as you're bringing your foot around it. also i think it's easier to do an outside around the world than an inside.
