If I'm facing forward, juggling with my right foot, and i move my foot from left to right over the ball and keep juggling, is this an inside atw or an outside atw?

if you do it from the right side of the ball to the left side it is an outside and from the left side to the right it is an inside!

sorry from left to right it is an outside and from right to left it is an inside!

Juggling with the right foot:

left to right is outside (because you start with the outside of your foot)
right to left is inside (because you start with the inside of your foot)

its not so complex when you understand that
