i got 130-140....maybe it doesnt sound too good but i havent been juggling for a while and my high went from 50-130 in a few weeks..my touch has been so much better

I haven't had a proper go at it in ages, but at our school juggling comp' I won with 600. If I could keep my focus for longer I think I could go for ever.

i juggle everyday 1000 touches with my right foot, and 1000 touches with both...

my u-20 side is travelling to a tournament in spain and i wanna impress and i want to be pro there so so bad.. so i want to get serious with training and i'm gonnaa ad the "three touches flick over your head and three touches and flick back over your head" style of juggle to my routine..


i could probably do 40035230 juggles strait but after 600 i always loose focus and stuff, so i do 250 clean touches x 4= 1000 touches

Yeah the routine Panchester put..seriously helps your game so much, i read it a while back on another thread.. you might think "how can juggling help my touch when running" it just does, you weight your passes better, your control becomes perfect, it is often overlooked when creating training routines but trust me guys!!!!!! juggle every day at least to 500!!! it helps so much, cant thank you enough panchester

wowwww - so all my freaking fighting and insisting to you guys that you need to juggle finally helped some one.. glad i could help cause seriously... i enjoy football way much more since i have the gift to do whatever i want with the ball and have it tied to my foot.... my control is genius i have so my time i can beat people so easy.. thats how i want to play the game and the best way is to juggle smartly.. i'm convinced thats why maradona was so good, videos of him over and over juggling with total control, then videos of him beating 3 people effortlesly...

geeezzze how do u guys juggle for so long! I usually get up to 50 before one bad touch say if it hits my shin and im gone! I can only get to 120ish if i really concentrate. Whats the best way I can improve? just juggle everyday?

^this. Or some members prefer to make a juggling pyramid type style.

1 touch left 1 right
2 left 2 right repeat till it drops then start again it allows for more even training if needed.
