Im 14 and ive played soccer for 3 years and i cant figure out how to juggle i even bought th minie hacky balls and i jsut cant seem to get it how do u juggle???
Have good shoes. Light, protective, well curved football shoes. Balance the ball on your feet for minutes, hours, you will have a lot of stress on your foot, but try to ignore it and keep it up even if it hurts. In a few days you'll be pretty comfterable and more endurable with your feet so you can try do kicks ups and stuff. From there on just keep practicing non stop.
Remember... Never do a skill twice, always be creative, after that, you'll own.
just practice...and if you find yourself jumping all over the place to save it stop and restart so that you learn to keep it controlled mainly just practice for like 15 minutes a day just keep ups

Yeah, make little goals for yourself, when you accomplish them make new ones. That way you know what you have acheived. Also have some long term goals in mind!
Just practise juggling with all parts of ur body (feet, head, thigh etc.) then evry day set goals 4 yourself like 10 juggles with ur head or 10 juggles with ur thigh etc. The most important thing is to practise as much as u can and u'll be great!
Yeah like the others said just keep practising and set yourself goals - like set a goal of 5 juggles then once you do that go to 10 then 15 and so on. If you keep that up and practise lots pretty soon you'll be able to juggle freely for as long as you like!
what i do is I always have a football at my feet. even when your relaxing, just roll the ball around, or try to balnce it on your foot. This really helps your touch, and you get very comfortable with the ball. setting goals helps too. Practice makes perfect
Forget the damn mini goals or big goals u want to achieve. Just pick up a ball, start juggling, u screw up, u pick it up or flick it up and start juggling again.
