help with a crossover

i started juggling (and trying a bit of freestyling) not to long ago, and i'd like to know how to get the ball to come right back up from a crossover. whenever i try to crossover the ball ends up flying forward. can anybody give me any advice?

When I first started out I did teh same thing.....so I started hitting it close to my body and I got it...

try to get the ball knee hight before u do the cross over and dont hit it too hard.also just keep practising it. and look at some of the vids to see how ohter ppls do it.

when u do crossover...try to jump up and not fowards....keep the ball close to your body to avoid jumping forward....it may even help u to try the motion with a ball first....swing your leg (im assuming its your left leg that swings) and when ur swinging leg reaches its highest point...then u jump ;)

Hi i had a problem with the crossover but it wasnt hitting it back up It was actually getting my leg up and over far enough so that it misses the ball. Any help would be greatly appreciated
