they both help to improve skills, but whichever one your more comfortable with is probably going to help you more

i tried the mini ball thing cuz i heard they improved skills. after i played around with mini balls for a while the normal sized balls felt so huge i felt so awkward with them. not really helping is it.

miniballs dont help much with tricks for this reason. however they do help for juggling and general control. maybe when you get to your skill level it wouldnt help you, but for more undeveloped freestylers it could be a useful tool.

yeh, differnt for everyone... my advice for the topic question; try borrow different sizes off freinds etc, or try and use as many sises as u can. If you cant then use what the posts hav said to buy a bigger/smaller ball depending on what you want from it
wateva, hope it can help u

Dont hit the apple too hard or youll mess up ur kicks  lol n e way i think the mini balls might help because it works your touch but as owen forever said it makes the size 5 seem awkward

At a camp i went to they made us use mini balls during practice actvities. because of that i am an excellent passer. mini balls also help you develope much more control on the ball.

Is there a reason ur reading my post and not playing soccer???

use size 5 for doing freestyle

but if you wana improve you field football skills lke dribbling or passing or shoting or heding use size 1 trust me (if you can hit a small ball then you most differently can hit a proper ball)

my little brother playes for manchester united school of excerlents thats what they do there
