Freestylin firsts; What have you accomplished lately?
Um... I just nailed an outside ATW with my Weak foot, I now can do an Inside ATW with my strong foot, I can do a crossover, with both feet, and I just got a reverse crossover with my weak foot going over the ball. I know that this sucks but I don't really freestyle.

after some hiatus on juggling, concentrating on faster ground movements, i took a stab at it again and now i can comfortably reach 40-50. after a year and a half from starting football.
recently i've been able to do my ATWs. first from footstall and now from juggling.
i've also done crossovers.. but with the ball on my right foot on footstall, flicking it and doing a circular motion around the ball with my left foot. dunno what thats called though, so i presume its called a crossover.
working on the elastico on air now. its been working up my knees and making them hurt alot. any suggestions on that?

dont try it too many times in a row - most freestyle tricks and moves are very unnatural movements so you gotta take it slow, [not too slow, obviously, just slow enough not to hurt yourself]. also some knee exercises are a good idea, google "knee strength exercises" or something similardavidtmarquez wrote:after some hiatus on juggling, concentrating on faster ground movements, i took a stab at it again and now i can comfortably reach 40-50. after a year and a half from starting football.

Okay. Here is what I can do and what I want to practice.
I can do both outside and inside ATW's with left and only inside with rigth foot (roughly). I want to master the ATW's so I am able to do the four variations 4-5 times in the row, before I start practicing different moves. Though I can do crossover, and barely HTW from earlier pracitces. My record for outside ATW left foot is 3 in the row, so I want to practice my rigth foot more for stabilisation.
Probaly on some saturdays I would be able to record a video. I can practice most days in my room or outside if I really want if I not am too tired from football practice.
I gotta get my shoes on and master the ATW!!
