my best for juggling is 22 do you think 200+ by march 1st is a reasonable goal if i practice 30 minutes a day

yes. juggling is pure perseverance. it's like riding a bike. you may fall alot at the beginning but if you practice enough it will become second nature.

think of it like this: if you can do 22, then you can do 40. if you can do 40, then you can do 100. if you can do 100, you can do 500. after a while juggling becomes more about patience rather than skill, as it is the same throughout

Once you are able to do over 100 juggles you would probably get bored with it and move onto something more challenging. Your goal is definitely achievable but I think 20 minutes of running a day might be better for a soccer player than juggling alone. Juggling is a good way to improve your basic ball control but soccer is a game of running so I would suggest drills that keep you on the move both with or without the ball.

i run cross country so i get my conditioning there and i am also starting to train 2 hours a day that i dont have team practice and the first half hour of that is juggling so i will have an hour and a half a day to work on ball work, shooting and things like that

Yeah man definitely, maybe even a lot more than that, just practice!
