i cant practice doing the chest stall for more than 10 min without hurting my back. any advice on how to fix this

Your back may not be strong enough to handle it which may mean you have to do back strengthening exercises.

sounds like a flexibility issue - only try it 2-3 times in a row so you dont hurt yourself

I think you should warm up before trying out the chest stalls. Try doing some mild cardio to get your blood flowing and some stretches for your back.
