I can do Ahtatw easily, but I have problems with Ahmatw =(
When I do Ahtatw, I kick the ball with my strong foot and jump with my weak.
Should I start the Ahmatw with my strong or with my weak foot?
Hope you've got any tips.
i cant actually do these, but my mate can... he said to try to do the initial htw part as fast as possible, so that your other leg has more time to go around the ball
i start with my strong foot. i guess try to get the touch about waist height, but do it as light as possible (so youre trying to not waste time kicking it up) then just fling yourself over it ^_^
